1. Program Description

The Participant agrees to enroll in the BRAVE Online Program, which includes the following:
  • Access to the digital BRAVE program for a duration of three (3) months starting from the date of enrollment.
  • Monthly live calls (“Implementation Labs”) with Elisabeth Cardiello.
  • Access to recordings of the live call replays.
 2. Payment Terms
  • The total fee for the BRAVE Online Program is $397 (Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars).
  • Payment is due in full upon signing this Agreement.
  • The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
 3. Access and Usage
  • Upon successful payment, the Participant will receive login credentials and instructions to access the digital BRAVE program.
  • The Participant agrees to use the program and its contents solely for personal development and not for any commercial purposes.
 4. Monthly Live Calls
  • The Participant will be invited to participate in monthly live calls with Elisabeth Cardiello.
  • In case the Participant is unable to attend a live call, recordings of the live calls will be made available for later viewing.
 5. No Refund Policy
  • The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the fee paid for the BRAVE Online Program is non-refundable.
  • There will be no refunds issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-participation, inability to attend live calls, or dissatisfaction with the program.
 6. Termination
  • The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Participant’s access to the program without refund if the Participant violates any terms of this Agreement.
  • The Participant may terminate their enrollment at any time; however, no refunds will be provided.
 7. Intellectual Property
  • All content provided in the BRAVE Online Program, including digital materials, live calls, and recordings, is the intellectual property of the Provider.
  • The Participant agrees not to share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the program content without prior written consent from the Provider.
 8. Limitation of Liability
  • The Provider makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome or results from participating in the BRAVE Online Program.
  • The Participant agrees that the Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the program.
 9. Governing Law
  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
 10. Entire Agreement
  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Participant and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral.
 11. Severability
  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
 12. Amendments
  • Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
